The Environmental Health Department has announced a new schedule for refuse collection on Providenciales. “Please store your garbage in garbage bags, and place it in a garbage bin with a tight fitted cover as to prevent animals from gaining access and littering the place,” the department said in a press release. “Place your garbage bin out on the day of collection for your area.” “You have a role to play in keeping the Turks and Caicos Islands ‘Beautiful by Nature.’” For more information, contact the department at 941-5068/941-5327 or extension 82101 or fax 941-3179.
