| TCI Ladies Golf League swings back into action |

 The TCI Ladies Golf League is back on the course, and anyone interested in joining is welcome to step up to the tee. The league got off to a roaring start in May and June with free golf clinics for all offered by Provo Golf Club Director Dave Douglas and Sean Wilson, the resident golf pro. The clinics were held on a Saturday and offered lessons for beginners, intermediate players and even those who were advanced — not an easy task to be able to cater to all. However, both Dave and Sean have many years of experience teaching all levels of golfers both young and old. The league started lasta year, thanks to the efforts of both Douglas and Agatha Delancy, an avid golfer who was living on Provo. Although she moved back to the Bahamas, the league has continued under the chairmanship of Martha Missick and now Marisa Matthews, along with the other committee members, Helen Inwards, Bridgette Thomas, Donna Musgrove, Edith Burns, Marilyn Cooper, Sheniqua Outten-Cox and Cindy Alston. The goal of the ladies league is to encourage more ladies to get out and learn, enjoy and play the game of golf, but more importantly to foster camaraderie, friendship and support amongst a like-minded, great group of women. The cost to join the ladies league is $50 per year, which includes a membership card with logo, discount rewards at restaurants, bars, retail outlets and spas in TCI, in addition to a special price of $40 for nine holes of play on Thursday evenings from 4 p.m. on.
