PPC has set a precedent in the Turks and Caicos Islands for commitment to education and training their young employees in order to ensure the future work force includes skilled tradesmen. This year the company arranged for two of their linemen apprentices to take part in a training exercise at the highly-coveted Electrical & Utilities Safety Association (E&USA) in Toronto, Canada, as a testament to that commitment.
