Chef Peter Redstone and his team at Pelican Bay Restaurant have been catering the hot lunches at the Ashcroft School in Leeward since the school term began in September. On Thursday December 5, Chef Peter and his sous chef Nik Skippings visited the Ashcroft School, demonstrating to children the delicious lunches they have been eating were also full of healthy goodness. |

Government issues deadline for removal of roaming animals |

In order to control an increasingly problematic situation, the Turks and Caicos Government has issued a deadline of March 31 for all large roaming animals to be removed from the streets and confined to their owners’ properties. |
